Returning Items to Buswell Library

If you are finished with any library items you obtained through Buswell Library (including via ILLiad or I-Share), the library will pay the cost of shipping the items back to campus. To obtain a pre-paid mailing label, please complete this form. We will process your request within two business days and email you a label in PDF format. Then please follow these steps to mail the package:

  1. Securely package the library item(s) in a box or padded mailing envelope.
  2. Print the label, cut off the excess paper, and securely affix the label onto the front/top of your package. (If you are unable to print the label, please notify us at buswell.delivery@wheaton.edu, and we will help you find an alternative.)
  3. Take the package to a United States Post Office location, or drop it off at a blue USPS mail collection box. (Some packages/boxes will not fit in a standard-size collection box and must be taken to a Post Office location.)
